Artichoke Parmesan Tapenade

For a great tasting sandwich top over goat cheese on thin sliced crusty country bread. Makes for wonderful bread spread when used on garlic bread. Delicious added to vinaigrette. An excellent condiment when used for roasted or grilled meat or poultry. Also great added to pasta. The classic taste of artichokes perfectly blended with parmesan cheese and Zinfandel wine produces a fabulous bread spread. Mix with reduced chicken broth & serve over chicken or fish entrées.
