Stove-top Instructions: In 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, whisk 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 cup half & half (or whole milk), with Crème Brulée mix. Stir constantly. Bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for an additional minute. Mixture will be thin. Remove from heat and pour equally into four ramekin dishes. Refrigerate for an hour or more. Just before serving, sprinkle caramelizing sugar evenly onto the Crème Brulée. Hold torch flame 1 to 2 inches from the surface at an angle. Move torch continuously across sugar surface. Caramelizing is complete when sugar has turned to a golden brown. Serve Immediately.
