Includes easy to use Culinary Torch, four white porcelain Ramekins and one Creme Brulee Mix with Caramelizing Sugar. The mix is simple to prepare in less than 10 minutes. The versatile torch makes quick work of caramelizing the topping, and has many other uses in a busy kitchen. Readily available butane fuel is not included.
