Beef Barley Soup

Hearty and quite filling, nothing satisfies like a steaming bowl of beef barley soup. Additional serving suggestions: 1. Serve topped with grated parmesan cheese. 2. Top with chopped fresh parsley. 3. Add roasted garlic to the soup. 4. Add ½ cup of tomato sauce to the broth. 5. Serve with a tossed green salad. When reheating leftover soup add water or broth. Soup freezes well in individual containers for lunch.
