Whole Raspberry Syrup

Whole ripe raspberries are cooked slowly in open kettles to savor the unique flavors. We then combine several other natural ingredients to craft this terrific syrup. You can actually see the chunks of berries as you pour Blackberry Patch’s Raspberry Syrup on oatmeal, crepes, ice cream, or cheesecake.

Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients: 1 envelope plain gelatin 1 cup cold water 2 packages (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 1 t. vanilla extract 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust Blackberry Patch Whole Raspberry Syrup Directions: In a pan on stove, measure cold water then sprinkle gelatin over. Heat and stir until gelatin is completely dissolved.

In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in gelatin mixture add remaining 3/4 cup water until smooth. Pour into crust; chill until firm.

Cut into wedges and pour Raspberry Syrup over top.
